22 Degree Skew Rabbet Plane Honing Jaws

The Sterling 22 Degree Jaws are designed to hone the Skew Blade of the Lee Valley Veritas Skew Rabbet Plane and mount on the Lie-Nielsen honing guide. We regard this honing guide as the absolutely best in the market and perfect for mounting these accessory jaws. The jaws are manufactured by 3D printing PETG (Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol) filament to our design. PETG is a 3D printing material that blends the ease of use with the strength and heat resistance of ABS plastic and is a great material for these jaws.

The Sterling 22 Degree jaws provide solid clamping of Irons from the Lee Valley Skew Rabbet Plane. Allowing you to hone the whole factory angle or steepening up the angle to hone a secondary bevel. The dovetail jaws clamp the Iron solidly and provide repeatable results without slipping in the honing guide jaws. The hardware of the jaws is stainless steel so the entire jaw set is fine to be used in the wet environment of waterstone sharpening stations.

Megan Fitzpatrick from Lost Art Press reviewed our jaws on thier NEVER SPONSORED substack. You can read the review here.
